WeconductedourauditsinaccordancewithauditingstandardsgenerallyacceptedintheUnitedStates Totalliabilities 19,670,000 ofAmerica.Thosestandardsrequirethatweplanandperformtheauditstoobtainreasonableassurance about whether the financial statements are free of material misstatement. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) was established in September 1998underthelawsofthestateofCaliforniaasanonprofitpublicbenefitcorporation. becomeanICANNaccrediteddomainnameregistrar.
